CBT~ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is a psychotherapeutic treatment method that involves working to change thoughts, feelings and patterns of action that are not well functioning and therefore lead to mental ill-treatment. CBT includes both cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy.

Hi, I’m Mimmi a cognitive behavioral therapist with a focus on a holistic approach. I’m educated in ‘Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ART (Aggression Replacement Training), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction) and I work with individuals and couples.
I’m a woman who cherishes my family and I have a passion for yoga, travel, heath and vitality. I love life and I live happiness.

Together we make a Plan
You and I work together to map and find alternatives to thoughts and feelings that are not appropriate or cause problems in everyday life.
Together we do a behavioral analysis to map the interaction between you and your surroundings. Based on this, we then work on changing patterns of action that are not working well.
