CBT~ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, is a psychotherapeutic treatment method that involves working to change thoughts, feelings and patterns of action that are not well functioning and therefore lead to mental ill-treatment. CBT includes both cognitive therapy and behavioral therapy.

Hi, I’m Mimmi a cognitive behavioral therapist with a focus on a holistic approach. I’m educated in ‘Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, ART (Aggression Replacement Training), ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and MBSR (Mindful Based Stress Reduction) and I work with individuals and couples.

I’m a woman who cherishes my family and I have a passion for yoga, travel, heath and vitality. I love life and I live happiness.

Together we make a Plan

You and I work together to map and find alternatives to thoughts and feelings that are not appropriate or cause problems in everyday life.

Together we do a behavioral analysis to map the interaction between you and your surroundings. Based on this, we then work on changing patterns of action that are not working well.

I truly love to help people, it’s the light behind what I do. When my clients share with me how the techniques I’ve taught them, have helped improve their life situation. Then I feel a great sense of gratitude.

I learned and studied the skills I teach people and they are skills that anyone can adopt to help make their life better. That’s why I believe they are so useful and I love the process of taking someone in a difficult situation and transforming the way they go about their life or their relationships and I begin with what’s going on in the mind, with their thoughts that lead to the actions they take in life. It’s a very powerful approach. I love it and I’m happy to be sharing it with the world.
